Employment type: full-time KREISS is a 75-year-old family owned and operated high-end home furnishings retailer. It is best known for having created the "California Look," a style that is both casual and elegant. This position will assist all members of the sales team, the in-house design team, as well as the CEO. Responsibilities: \\- Manage our fabric & finishes library, keeping samples tidy and up to date \\- Source fabrics for design clients from the PDC \\- Work with in-house CRM system to log client information \\- Organize the supply room, keep office supplies ordered \\- Support sales and design team during showroom appointments, serve refreshments \\- Assist the design & sales team on job site meetings and installations \\- Maintain showroom for a clean and professional appearance \\- Run errands as needed Requirements: Must be detail oriented Responsible, accountable and punctual Amazing communication and interpersonal skills Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high pressure environment, and be able to take and absorb feedback. Ability to be a team player at all times Ability to work full time on site in our West Hollywood showroom Must have a reliable car with a valid driver's license and a cell phone Retail / Customer Service experience preferred but not required If this is you, GREAT!
