What’s the Muse? Interior Design Firm specializing in the Hospitality Industry is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Interior Design Team. Qualifications: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Microsoft Office Must be able to create 3D renderings Responsibilities: o Revit production drafting and assistance for all interior design drawings to include, as-built conditions, demolition plans, floor plans, furniture/finish plans, reflected ceiling/decorative lighting plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules o Draft drawings & create model from sketches, hardcopy blueprints, and electronic images o Create 3D renderings, including modeling of custom furniture families, for presentation and design development as required o Read and interpret Architectural construction documents, details, and specifications o Review shop drawings and advise throughout the installation o Research franchise brand standards o Plan, design, and attend meetings & site visits o Create designs & specifications within budgetary restrictions o Create full furniture layouts showing spaces within provided square footage to determine function & flow while implementing brand standards o Source & specify fabrics, furniture, lighting, fixtures, tile, pluming fittings & fixtures, and accessories o Communicate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to achieve design goals
