This is a full-time position in an architectural firm, working with a fun, energetic and growing team! Work Experience: - 1+ years experience working in high-end residential and commercial design - Experience in developing interior construction documents using Revit - Experience creating and modifying families within Revit - Experience in writing interior finish specifications - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Great organization skills - Product knowledge for local and regional material and fabric vendors Education: - Generate design plans, renderings, and support documentation needed for construction using Revit and Auto Cad - Assist in preparation of construction documents and redlines - Assist with client presentations and proposals - Assist in Project Management - Responsible for project organization while following firm’s established processes - Collaborate with Senior Designers on projects, including research and sourcing of materials - Ability to multi-task in high-energy firm - Some travel required
