The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience working as an interior designer in the corporate and/or higher education markets. • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent listening, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, with a strong emphasis on leadership within the various team dynamics. • Experience managing project budgets and schedules. A Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture with focus on interior architecture/interior design is necessary.
