Key Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls • Provide general support to office staff and visitors • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients • Process sales invoices daily • Process credit memos • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Develop and maintain a filing system • Update and maintain office policies and procedures • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers • Assist the sales, accounting and purchasing teams with administrative tasks, as directed Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED; prior experience as an administrative assistant or office manager is desired.
