Sales and Design Associate

About the Role We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Sales & Design Associate to join our sales team. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, who is motivated by collaborating and interacting with others, and has a desire to grow their career at Copenhagen through professional development. Guide customers in store and by phone through product selection and the buying process Present product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find the best solutions for their home and budget Close sales and manage follow-up (orders, custom specifications) Communicate proactively with delivery teams, drivers, and sales staff about timing and special requests Maintain the showroom (staging, merchandising, and cleanliness) to create an inviting customer experience Meet or exceed sales goals and participate in spiff/promotional programs Design consultation or space-planning experience preferred Computer literacy and comfort learning sales/design software Strong interpersonal and communication skills — relationship building is key Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
