Role Description The Retail Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Strong Customer Experience and Customer Service skills, focused on creating a welcoming, professional showroom environment.Commitment to achieving high Customer Satisfaction through attentive listening, follow-through, and problem-solving.Interest or experience in interior design, furniture, or luxury retail is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with design and operations teams.Comfort using POS systems and basic office software for orders and client records.Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends.Previous experience in retail or showroom sales preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in design or business is a plus.
