Sales and Design - Residential Remodeling

Position Summary This includes creating design layouts, recommending fixtures and finishes, and procurement. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Estimate interior renovation projects including bathroom, kitchens, attic and basement renovations according to company standards • Use our software for client documentation, performing follow ups, and creating estimates • Aid client in fixture and finish selection, ordering, and maintaining record of project material arrivals at warehouse managing returns and re-orders when necessary • Work with client's designer when needed • Develop or implement policies, standards, and procedures for work • Perform administrative functions, such as creating estimates andwriting reports, maintaining logs, or purchasing of materials or services • Identify opportunities for improvement and makeconstructive suggestions for change; manage the process of innovative change effectively • Communicate relevant project information to appropriate parties, resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
