Job Overview The Home Staging Sales & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in growing our business through outreach, relationship building, and creative marketing. This is a dynamic role combining client interaction, strategic marketing, social media management, and hands-on involvement in staging installations and warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners, including real estate agents and builders • Cold call, give in-person and virtual presentations, and build relationships to generate new business • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts • Assist with maintaining and selling warehouse inventory as needed • Physically assist with staging installations and warehouse organization, including lifting and moving furniture • Collaborate with designers and staging staff to ensure seamless client experience Ideal Candidate Will Have: • A naturally outgoing personality with excellent communication skills • Proven experience with cold calling, sales presentations, and client relationship development • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Canva, and social media marketing tools • Ability to interpret marketing data and campaign analytics • Background in real estate or home staging a plus • Willingness and ability to lift, move, and organize furniture and décor • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to Commute: • Orlando, FL 32806 (Preferred)
