PAY RATE: $19 to $28 /hr We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our passionate and creative team in McMinnville Oregon. This role is a fast-paced hands-on administrative and practical support role that helps our tight-knit national sales team manage leads, trade shows, sample requests, and sales. It requires a product knowledge driven problem solver that goes above and beyond to support our sales team in providing high quality reclaimed & sustainable wood products to builders, architects, and homeowners. Comprehensive on the job training is provided with this position and bonuses are awarded when appropriate on top of base salary & benefits. Required Experience: • Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service experience • CRM or Sales software experience • Proficient verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products • Strong attention to detail • Moderate to advanced math skills Preferred Experience: • Highschool Diploma or above • Experience with Wood or Millwork Products & Sales • Familiarity with Construction, Architecture, or Interior Design • Valid Driver’s License
