Burrow designs and manufactures innovative furniture that makes so much sense, people wonder why it hasn’t always been this way. We sell online at burrow.com as well as at our retail showrooms in New York City and now Boston! This person will help support the daily sales operations of our showroom and will report directly to the Store Manager. The role should be occupied by a truly inspiring ‘do-er’ that will lead by example and instill great communication. Day to Day Responsibilities \\- Understand and communicate Burrow’s values and brand philosophy to customers through authentic, friendly engagement \\- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including weekends \\- Strive for improvement in all areas of store operations, ensuring management is made aware of any issues or concerns that arise \\- Demonstrate and explain the benefits and features of Burrow products as well as their assembly \\- Perform operational duties to ensure the store exceeds sales and customer experience targets and maintains brand consistency \\- Be a product expert, current on product information for the complete Burrow assortment \\- Perform continuous client follow-up to ensure successful store performance \\- Work opening and closing shifts alongside Retail Management Job requirements \\- 2-4 years of sales experience in home/furniture retail (preferred) \\- You have a passion for furniture, interior design, and people \\- Expert customer service abilities; demonstrated passion for creating an unforgettable client experience \\- Meticulous attention to detail and follow through \\- Proven experience in consistently achieving sales goals; driven to meet sales targets, upsell, and link sell \\- Ability to effectively communicate in person, via written communications and over the phone You in a nutshell \\- Have strong time management and organizational skills \\- Are self-motivated and confident in your ability to offer exceptional service to every customer \\- Display the values of the company: Customer Experience, Collaboration, and Innovation \\- Innovative, proactive, entrepreneurial, and a team player \\- Have the customer service skills to keep shoppers engaged, informed, and delighted \\- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills \\- Able to tell a story and create a descriptive image that allows others to visualize your ideas \\- Computer Savvy with the ability to work across multiple sales systems and E-commerce platform Why Burrow?
