They will have an eye for detail in relationship to merchandising and store cleanliness along with a strong work ethic and can do attitude. • 3-5 yrs experience in retail sales, preferable in home décor and furniture environment or creative boutique • Experience selling custom upholstery furniture a plus,but not a must. • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication • Professional presence • Enthusiastic and outgoing • Ability to work well in a team environment • POS retail sales system experience. We sanitize mutually touched surfaces in the store as well as in stock room and bath room many times a day, encourage thorough hand washing as much as possible, have hand sanitizer behind counter for sales associates and only allow 2 sales associates to be on sales floor during Phase 2 of retail opening.
