Our associates work with people in store as well as with those contacting us to shop from afar. You: • Have a positive outlook • Take directions well from manager • Are conscientious, organized and responsible • Can multi-task • Can develop new clients • Solve problems • See what needs to be done and do it • Are familiar with POS and have the ability to type well • Have at least 3 years experience in retail fashion • Take responsibility • Are a team player • Have social media experience and knowledge of the impact on sales Above all this person appreciates the uniqueness of our product lines, takes a personal interest in the success of Maison K and actively pursues avenues to achieve it; plus has the skill set and ability to develop and grow the business Qualifications • Available to work at least 15 hours per week. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards. • Physically able to move about in a store including standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching out with the body, arms, or legs, pulling and lifting objects up to 40 pounds.
