Key Responsibilities • Assist customers with furniture selection and interior design solutions • Provide personalized design consulting based on customer needs, style, and space • Reach assigned sales goals • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and follow through on all customer commitments • Follow corporate rules, policies, and procedures Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or at least 3 years of experience in a related business/field • Previous sales experience in a design-related field (furniture, home décor, interior design, architecture, etc.)
