Some responsibilities are: Sales Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings Provide the highest level of customer service Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business Ensure the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the BoConcept Distribution Center Become an expert in our products, tools, and concepts Conduct In-Home Design Consultations Qualifications Enthusiasm and desire to learn Passion for people and retail Strong communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to work on the WEEKENDS Prior Retail SALES EXPERIENCE a must, Interior Design background and ability to speak a foreign language is a plus but not required.
