Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, developers, and private clients Guide clients through the consultation, specification, and purchasing process for luxury furniture, lighting, textiles, and custom interior elements Build, maintain, and grow relationships with the professional design community and key private clients. Prepare detailed quotations, specifications, and proposals with precision and attention to detail. Manage projects through the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, timelines, and coordination with internal teams and European production partners. Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
