With a strong regional presence and an expanding portfolio of industrial, institutional, and commercial clients, the company is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to take ownership of a key territory. The Role As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts through strategic outreach and consultative selling. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and inspection through to proposal, negotiation, and close. Requirements • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial roofing, construction, or building products • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market • Familiarity with commercial roof systems and ability to read construction drawings/specs • Skilled at managing a sales territory and executing a structured outbound strategy • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and sales tracking systems • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
