As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and bringing customers' design visions to life. We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has a keen eye for interior design. Key Responsibilities: • Build rapport with customers to understand their home furnishing needs and preferences • Use a consultative approach to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that complement the room • Demonstrate product value and explain the benefits that fulfill customers' needs, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines and targets. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for design and be able to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
