Customer Experience Standards 3+ years of consultative retail sales experience (furniture, design, decorating, or other descriptive based selling Strong communication, listening, and closing skills; comfortable asking for the sale Ability to learn product specifications, dimensions, fabrics, finishes, and vendor programs quickly High attention to detail and order accuracy; comfortable with paperwork and systems Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and assisting with light merchandising tasks Weekend availability is required; typical schedules include evenings and holidays based on store needs Professional appearance and punctuality are required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and assist with light floor moves as directed Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay or salary commensurate with experience Health, dental, vision (for eligible full-time employees) Retirement plan (for eligible employees) Paid time off and holidays (per policy) Employee discounts on furnishings
