Sales Manager - Luxury Interior Design

Company Culture and Environment Responsibilities • Maintain existing sales growth responsibilities for the current territory • Develop and implement sales strategies through client outreach and sales techniques • Place and follow up on customer orders • Collaborate with internal support teams to troubleshoot client issues • Keep showroom accounts updated on new products • Partner with clients to identify project needs • Build a strong customer following through high-quality service • Expand knowledge of Schumacher collections to become a trusted expert • Collaborate with the Managing Director to drive regional sales initiatives • Manage Team Sales Funnel progress and monitor objectives and KPIs • Assist in new hire onboarding and ongoing training for the sales team Qualifications • Track record of highly successful sales performance • Organized and detail-oriented • Efficient and able to work with a sense of urgency • Strong collaboration and leadership skills Education Requirements Credential Category • Sales, Business, or a related field Experience Requirements • Previous experience in sales management or related field • Proven experience in the luxury interior design industry is a plus
