Beautiful, designer boutique on Coast Village Road is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and professional manager who has a passion for sales of home décor, art and interior design. This position requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit that exercises creative, collaborative and resourceful decision making. The manger will maintain a strong emphasis on customer experience, visual standards and brand representation to connect clients with unique and sophisticated home décor, art and gifts. Direct Responsibilities: • Manage day to day boutique operations • Maintain outstanding customer service and client relationships • Merchandising, tracking and receiving products • Collaborate with owner on product orders. • Squareup Point of Sale inventory control & management • Special events; artist meet and greets & limited time product engagements • Manage one support person and fill-in personnel • Maintain excellent relationships with local artists consigned by boutique • Maintain knowledge of current interior design trends • Management of social media, template website, email and print publication advertisements Schedule: Days Flexible
