JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS CONSIST OF (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING: Work with Business Development Manager to ensure we are responding quickly to all leads and existing client’s requests for quotes/information (manage pipeline of all lead opportunities and proposals) Receive incoming calls from potential clients/leads Manage all prospective customer information, status, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner using CRM Enter, update, and maintain information and activities on leads, prospects, and opportunities Conduct client visits to determine suitable solutions for the client’s needs Take measurements and photos at job sites and develop a required scope of work. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails. Assist Business Development Manager with targeted prospect lists for outbound outreach Assist in developing a checklist for qualifying leads Follow up with clients on any proposal that have been sent out until they are awarded or lost Assist sales department with preparing for meetings and presentations Bilingual (Russian) Preferred but not required
