Candidate must have knowledge in the Design and Remodeling and construction industry. * Writing up an initial scope of work and project range, called a design retainer. Then presenting the retainer to the client with the goal of having them sign on as a design client. * Follow up with all clients that have not signed. * This person must be motivated, trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable.
