Responsibilities of a Sales Team Member: • The Sales Team Member will assist in managing the day-to-day sales operations, including meeting with customers, presenting new services and products, and closing sales orders • Manage sales targets and customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support by addressing any and all customer concerns to increase a positive customer experience • Enforce company policies and procedures to continue to maintain a productive and compliant work environment • Develop new customer relationships and customer accounts • Recommend any product upgrades, promotions, or services where appropriate that meet customer needs Qualifications of a Sales Team Member: • Prior experience in customer service, sales agent and/or general sales role is a plus • Strong leadership skills and manager potential • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply • Excellent communication skills both with customers and when leading a team • Understanding of new technologies is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,900.00 - $4,800.00 per month Shift: • Day shift
