Base Pay: There is a base salary plus commission pay structure during training, which will then become a commission draw pay structure. Qualifications: • Prior sales experience • 4+ years in a relative industry such as Interior Design or construction • Design education in Interior Design a plus • Experience with 20/20 or other CAD programs • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite • Proficient in basic mathematical skills • Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Essential Functions: • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with residential clients and professionals in the industry • Greet clients in a helpful manner and support showroom design walk-in needs • Schedule design appointments for clients, while developing clientele through networking and referrals, as well as leads generated within the showroom • Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions • Manage multiple, simultaneous client projects though all phases with a high level of accuracy, timeliness and follow-up including consistent use of company communication tools and emails are required • Collaborate with fellow employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation, and achieve sales and other goals • Engage in current and emerging design trends in the industry • Travel required by car – valid driver’s license required Benefits: • Paid vacation, personal and holiday time • Group health insurance • Company Life Insurance • a 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary company match • Flexible spending account
