San Diego - Senior Interior Designer for Government Projects

Generate and develop innovative design solutions for Public, Government, and Department of Defense projects, leading the interior design on multiple interior design projects simultaneously from Conceptual Design through Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documentation, FF&E BVD, and Construction Administration. Lead all design efforts and client presentations with a focus on compliance of client standards. Overall Leadership • Enhance the Firm's reputation by delivering innovative and compliant design solutions tailored to government and military facilities. • Prior experience with Best Value Determination (BVD) processes, procedures, and best practices. • Expert knowledge of furniture systems, FF&E, and specifications.
