What We Are Looking For • Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role • Hands-on experience with social media, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., FreshBooks), Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A positive attitude and willingness to learn • Knowledge of the interior design industry is a plus, but not required Responsibilities • Track hours for team members • Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments • Prepare monthly New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Assist in updating and maintaining company’s digital platform including website, Houzz, and social media • Assist with orders for goods, materials, and samples - follow up with vendors Working Conditions • Primarily remote-based with ability to meet team, clients, and vendors as needed • Requires working computer/laptop, phone, and reliable transportation • Flexible working hours
