The Shop Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Qualifications • Retail management, Inventory management, and Vendor management skills • Customer service and Strong interpersonal skills • Visual merchandising and Interior design knowledge • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Experience in the design industry is a plus • Excellent organizational skills • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
