As our studio grows, we’re seeking a dedicated Interior Design Office Assistant to help support our creative vision and bring a high level of organization and efficiency to our day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the coordination and execution of interior design projects from concept through installationManage procurement of FF&E, including sourcing, creating POs, tracking orders, and handling vendor communicationUtilize Studio Designer for order entry, invoicing, budget tracking, project documentation, and reconciliation of project expenses and all billingsMaintain organized digital and physical project files and presentation materialsCommunicate with vendors, showrooms, and fabricators to gather quotes, samples, and lead timesHelp prepare and revise client proposals, mood boards, and presentations as neededTrack and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliveries are on scheduleAssist with scheduling installations, site visits, and deliveriesGeneral administrative duties including email correspondence, file organization, and calendar managementQualifications:2+ years of experience in an interior design or architecture officeStrong knowledge of FF&E procurement processes and vendor communicationProficiency in Studio Designer is requiredExcellent organizational and project management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationHigh level of attention to detail and ability to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceExperience with design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is a plusA positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentBenefits:Paid time off, flexible schedule, health benefits, opportunities for growthHow to Apply:Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and any relevant work experience.Skills:Interior Design, Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
