5 years Aircraft Interior experience required or equivalent for the applicable position; i.e. Sheetmetal, Cabinetry, Finish, or Upholstery. FAA A&P license or be able to obtain a repairman certificate within 30 days of start date. Under general direction, assist with directing and coordinating all activities and personnel involved with interior modification of aircraft to ensure timely and cost effective fulfillment of delivery schedules and optimum quality and standards. • Instruct, coach and assist subordinates in the interpretation of work procedures, blueprints, and engineering specifications; providing training in work methods and procedures and development of employees interpersonal skills to enhance flow of departmental tasks.
