Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program6-10 years of relevant interior design and interior architecture experience within a commercial design firmA minimum of 3+ years of experience designing and delivering workplace interiors projects is requiredGreat reputation in the design community with clients, vendors and consultantsNCIDQ certified (if you are on the path to certification, please feel free to contact [email protected] to determine whether there may be another role that is aligned with your background)Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsHighly proficient with RevitLEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferredDemonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practicesThis role is not remote or hybrid; we look forward to working with our new teammate in our dynamic Washington, D.C. office.The estimated base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $100,000 plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with final compensation contingent on relevant experience.
