Position Overview: Seasonal Holiday Team Member - September - December 2025 We are seeking a showroom assistant who will support the day-to-day operations of the store, assist customers, and help our design team during the busy holiday season. Qualifications & Skills: • Friendly and professional appearance and demeanor • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Patience and ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism • Positive, upbeat personality and team player mentality • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities • Comfortable being on your feet all day, including standing, lifting, bending, and twisting • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work safely on ladders • Must be comfortable in a cell phone–free work environment – if you need to be on your phone frequently, this is not the right fit • Reliable and punctual, especially during peak holiday periods Work Schedule: • Up to 20 - 30 hours/week with flexible scheduling • Weekend availability is mandatory in November and December • Saturday hours: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (one Saturday off per month) • Sunday hours: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM ( one Sunday off per month) • Holiday Store Hours (November & December): • Monday–Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Thursday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM • Sunday: 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation: Salary listed is for experienced applicants.
