We are seeking a talented Project Architect, Architectural Designer II, Architectural Designer I, Interior Designer, and a Landscape Architect to become an integral part of our Santa Barbara, CA or Portland, OR collaborative studio environment, working all phases of project delivery on a wide variety of project types. This includes concept design through construction administration, client relationships, and the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical. · Experience in construction detailing and administration · Exceptional attention to detail · Ability to constructively work independently or as part of a collaborative team · Balance multiple high priority projects · Excellent verbal and written communication skills A successful DESIGNER LEVEL-II at Anacapa will skillfully manage the design of multiple projects simultaneously. QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture · Licensed (preferably in California) or pursuing licensure · 3-5 years of professional design experience · Willing and able to commute to our Santa Barbara or Portland office DESIRED SKILLS · Experience working on high end residential and commercial interior design · Extensive experience in Revit generating plans, elevations, and schedules · Experience using Studio Designer · Proficiency in 3D Modeling and rendering (Rhino, Revit, Enscape) · Extensive experience in FF and E procurement with established vendor relationships · Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) · Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Please visit our website and Instagram account to familiarize yourself with our work.
