Seeking Interior Designer to join our team

JOB POSITION: Interior Designer We are looking for a talented, organized, and enthusiastic Interior Designer with at least 3-5 years of experience at a design studio to join our team! We’re looking for someone who can bring beautiful and creative ideas to the table and is passionate about meaningful architecture and design. REQUIREMENTS • A degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture • At least 3-5 years of experience at a design studio • Excellent in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite • Must have experience & knowledge of mid-range brands, sources, showrooms & retail stores • Project management experience is highly valued • Experience in Solid Works, Rhino, and rendering programs like V-ray are a plus • Experience in furniture/product design is a plus • An impeccable eye with a refined and sophisticated taste in design • An exceptional level of attention to detail and a mastery of organizational and time management skills RESPONSIBILITIES • Work side by side with the principal • Translate design ideas into CAD and/or Sketchup • Put together client presentations using Adobe Creative Suite • Build and render Sketchup models • Assist in producing construction document sets • Manage several projects and at once • Manage budgets and schedules • Problem solve on site and pay very close attention to detail • Working with Contractors, subs, vendors, etc • Sourcing FF&E; items, placing orders, managing, and keeping track of all orders • Ability to work well with a small team, manage time and tasks efficiently and wear many hats • Possess strong leadership skills and work independently Must be permited to work in the U.S. Must live in Los Angeles.
