The Selection & Design Coordinator serves as the primary design liaison for homeowners building with Carolina Signature Homes through the Aiken Design Center. The Selection & Design Coordinator combines design expertise, construction knowledge, and strong communication skills to assist homeowners in personalizing their homes while supporting the construction, sales, and administrative teams to ensure seamless project execution. Homeowner Selection Experience • Assist homeowners in coordinating and selecting interior and exterior finishes for their new home. Showroom & Product Management • Maintain all design studio product samples and displays in an organized and professional manner. • Ability to coordinate finishes, colors, and materials with strong design expertise.
