The Selections & Design Coordinator will guide clients through the personalization process while keeping our design studio up to date, organized and prepared for color sessions with our clients. - Conduct client “visioning meeting” shortly after contract to learn about client’s style in preparation for the color session - Guide homebuyers through all interior and exterior selections during color sessions · Experience in residential construction design/selections coordination · General knowledge of residential construction preferred
