Luxury Home Builder with HQ in SouthPark area is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a selections coordinator. Residential design experience or knowledge required. Construction and purchasing experience preferred. Job requires the following skills: • Passion for interior design and residential real estate • Ability to interpret plans and provide material take-offs • Ability to interpret allowance budgets • Strong product knowledge and experience working with varying design budgets • Strong organization skills with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects • Excellent communication skills • Organized, self-starter that can complete tasks without supervision • Ability to set and meet deadlines • Ability to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget • Must be accustomed to owning their workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Most importantly ***Process improving, idea maker, problem solver, innovative, with a friendly personality!
