Your main goal is to service the customers in a way that leads to future business from them in the form of repeat work and/or referrals. · Understand the sequencing of work and the strategy of guiding clients through our process. · Conduct design meetings with customers to review options. · Attend weekly production meetings to inform team about timeline updates, and to troubleshoot issues pertaining to product selections. · Create a selections book for each customer and review with project manager.
