Selections & Design Consultant (Residential Remodeling)

Are you passionate about home remodeling and have a knack for guiding clients through the process with ease? As a Selections & Design Consultant, you'll be the face of Swank Builders, working directly with homeowners to design and estimate their remodeling projects. Qualifications • Experience in residential remodeling sales or design-build consulting • Strong understanding of home construction, materials, and design principles • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners • Outgoing personality with a natural ability to build relationships and close deals • Proficiency in estimating and creating project proposals • Knowledge of construction management software (Buildertrend a plus) • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Why Join Swank Builders?
