Areté Collective draws upon the creative power of Denton House Design Studio, which is a globally recognized planning, design, and architecture firm dedicated to transforming the human experience through the power of design. You’ll be responsible for the daily coordination of internal team design efforts into the drawings and specifications, including communication and coordination with consultants. Core Responsibilities and Expectations: • Collaborate in a studio environment without supervision • Produce full set of contract documents from Programming to CD Phase • Support Project Manager in establishing and maintaining design fees and project schedule • Oversee construction administration efforts, including shop drawing and submittal reviews, responding to contractor RFI's, and providing ASI’s • Lead multiple projects simultaneously • Coordinate and run project related meetings with consultants • Identify and leverage core skills and areas of interest for staff, providing opportunities for growth and development amongst the team • Mentor and develop junior team members Together the Areté Collective and Denton House Design Studio team members have contributed to the successful development of some of the world’s premier master-planned communities.
