Senior Architect - High-End Residential

Are you a visionary Senior Architect ready to shape the future of custom luxury homes? Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; Registered Architect in SC or NCARB certificate required • 5+ years of architectural experience, ideally in high-end residential design (custom homes over $2M) • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and BIM360 is required • Lead the design process, including conceptual sketches through to construction documents • Work directly with clients to ensure the design aligns with their vision and budget • Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and the construction team throughout project lifecycle • Strong understanding of construction methods, particularly for steep slope sites (a bonus) • Must reside in or near Greenville, SC or Western NC and be able to travel for site visits Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
