We are looking for an individual who is a strong team-leader, who can supervise a junior staff and interns, who has good communication skills, and who can interact with clients and all project related consultants. Candidate must have significant experience in all aspects of architecture; residential and commercial, one family homes and multiple dwellings, both in NYC and in the suburbs, and must have excellent AutoCAD drafting abilities with the expertise to produce highly detailed Construction Documents including details, sections and specifications. Experience in developing Construction Documents for high-end one-family homes, is a must. • Be responsible for the daily supervision of design and technical development of projects. • Highly organized multi-tasker who gives attention to details.
