We are a High End Residential Interior Design Firm in Manhattan expanding our architecture department and looking to fill a Senior Architectural Designer position. Ideal candidate must have 7-10 years of residential experience. Qualifications include: -Degree in Architecture -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Capable of managing several projects simultaneously -Extreme proficiency in AutoCAD -Construction administration experience -Custom furniture design experience a plus -Experience in producing Construction Documents including detailing and millwork -Experience in NYC building codes and DOB filing processes -Currently living in the NYC area and eligible for work in the US Full Time position offers annual salary and benefits.
