Works with clients to obtain buildings department plan approvals and work permits. The Senior Project Manager will take on the responsibilities of designing, managing and coordinating the entire progression of a wide variety of projects including new condominiums, hotels, retail centers, houses of worship and custom homes. Benefits to be negotiated based on experience and may include paid vacation days, sick days, visa sponsorship and more. -Minimum three years prior experience prior experience working for an architectural and/or engineering and/or interior design firm -Must be proficient in English. Conversational knowledge of Korean also preferred.
