Seeking an outgoing, proactive, and reliable Senior Architectural Designer with 5 years of experience in the multi-family residential field. Responsibilities will include managing a small group, construction drawings, redlining, compiling and issuing CD sets, construction administration, internal and external coordination, and communication with designers, contractors, clients, et al. Requirements: • Interior Design/Architecture Degree from an accredited university. • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the multi-unit residential field.
