We are looking for an exceptional technical professional who is passionate about luxury residential design and has the expertise to transform design concepts into beautifully detailed, buildable construction documents. What We Would Like to See Minimum 6+ years of professional drafting experience in luxury residential architecture or high-end interior design.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.Proven experience producing:Interior elevationsMillwork and cabinetry drawingsConstruction detailsFull construction document setsShop drawing coordinationStrong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and detailing.Experience working directly with contractors, consultants, and specialty fabricators.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and drawing accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
