• Assume responsibility over assigned work projects, plan, and assist in supervising the work performed by other technical and support staff assigned to projects. • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) for drafting and design is also required. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, familiarity with Revit for building information modeling (BIM), and ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
