Senior Business Strategy Analyst

WATG is the world's preeminent destination and hospitality design firm. The Senior Business Strategy Analyst partners with firm leadership to drive business planning and growth. As part of our global Research studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping WATG's strategic direction by conducting market research and data-driven analysis. Qualifications include: • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Economics, Tourism, or related field; Master's/MBA a plus • Minimum of 6 years in business/market strategy, strategic insights, consulting, or real estate analytics within AEC, hospitality, or adjacent professional services • A background in real estate, hotel development, or consulting • Adept at market research, specifically economic data and hospitality industry metrics • Knowledge in creating, structuring, and delivering accurate market research* • Advanced Excel (modeling) and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau) • Excellent organizational skills and coordination of project administration and internal corporate support • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Passion for leisure and tourism and a solid understanding of the hospitality sector • Well-travelled with a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs • Please include a copy of your resume and work samples or portfolio to be considered for this position
