Senior Design Associate

This role is ideal for an emerging professional with a strong interior design sensibility and the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through construction. Working closely with the Design and Development leaders, this individual will contribute across a range of high-end development projects — including Food & Beverage and amenity environments — supporting design execution, documentation, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior design concepts, with a focus on FF&E, finish selections, and Point of Purchase (POP) environments. Drive POP design and branded environment development in coordination with project and marketing teams. Qualifications2–5 years of professional experience in an interior design or architectural office, with demonstrated exposure to FF&E, F&B, or hospitality projects strongly preferred.
