About the Job Responsibilities As Design Team Lead/INTERIOR DESIGNER, you will be responsible for: • Working closely with the design team to coach, motivate, and guide them in delivering high-quality designs • Ensuring designers are properly trained and equipped to meet project requirements • Executing onboarding processes for new hires, including training and familiarization with company procedures and products • Coordinating project load distribution and assigning projects to design team members weekly • Monitoring time management goals and ensuring all designers meet deadlines • Implementing processes and procedures to improve design efficiency and quality • Participating in annual reviews with the Managing Director and Director of Design • Coordinating vacation schedules among the design team Requirements We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision plans, 401k plan with a safe harbor, life insurance, cell phone stipend, laptop, and paid vacation.
